Kim is a tremendous help when it comes to customer service. She listens and really understands the customers need for prompt, professional service. She understands the flower business. In my experience, working directly with Kim at Soderberg’s Floral is by far better than placing and relying on a 1-800 or online order where so often things go wrong: order is not correct, order is late, or order does not get delivered at all. Trying to get any kind’ve help from their customer call centers is met with frustration and little to no help at all. You can be assured that Kim will listen and provide first class, personal service that your special occasion requires.
